The experience of living eight months in Andean rural communities in Ecuador was partially captured in the photo story "Andean Echoes" as well as in two documentary films in Spanish "Opportunities in the Highlands" (shortlisted for the Actúa International Short-film Festival 2009) and "The Weight of Gold".
